How do I close my Backpack account?

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to close your Backpack account, contact our Support team by starting a chat using the messenger in the bottom-right corner of the page. If you're unable to access chat, you can also email [email protected].

Please have the following information ready:

  • Your full name

  • Phone number associated with your Backpack account

  • Last 4 digits of your Backpack account number

  • Reason for account closure

For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

Please note: Account closure is permanent. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access your Backpack account or transaction history.
