Remittance email notifications are sent to the bursar and/or financial aid contact emails your university has on file with Backpack. You can update these at any time.
How to request a change
Submit your updated contact information by emailing [email protected] with the following:
Your university name
The email address(es) you want to add or remove
The role of each contact (e.g., bursar, financial aid)
How many contacts can receive remittance notifications?
There is no set limit. We recommend including at least two contacts so remittance notifications are not missed if one person is unavailable.
